These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 663bey ("663bey", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 663bey website, mobile interface and all related services available at 663bey.cam and its associated subdomains.

663bey is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform. Our services are directed at adult users and are intended for entertainment and informational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal or investment advice.

By accessing 663bey, registering an account or participating in any activity offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 663bey, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator/license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 663bey strictly prohibits the creation or use of Accounts by persons under the applicable minimum age.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether your participation in online gambling is lawful in your place of residence or access.
4. Personal Registration: You must register using your own, accurate personal information. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
6. Mental Capacity: You must not be accessing the Platform under the influence of any substance or condition that impairs your judgment or decision-making capacity.
7. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either on this Platform or under any applicable multi-operator self-exclusion scheme.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate.

663bey applies KYC procedures in compliance with applicable AML obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• Source of funds documentation where transaction values or activity patterns trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 663bey's compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension, restrictions on withdrawals or Account closure. 663bey is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays caused by a User's failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify 663bey immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 663bey will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 663bey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or databases;
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or scraping tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation;
• You will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
• You will not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform or its infrastructure;
• You accept that 663bey may record and monitor communications made through the Platform's support channels for quality assurance and compliance purposes;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk, and that past results do not predict future outcomes;
• You accept full financial responsibility for all wagers placed through your Account.

The Platform and all content published on it — including odds, game descriptions, promotional materials and informational articles — are provided on an "as is" basis. While 663bey takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects.

All financial transactions on 663bey are subject to the Platform's current payment processing procedures, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and applicable KYC/AML requirements. Specific deposit and withdrawal limits, processing times and available payment methods are detailed in the Platform's Help Centre and may be updated periodically.

Where PKR-denominated figures are referenced on the Platform (e.g., minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 or bonus values up to PKR 25,000), these are illustrative examples only. Actual limits are subject to the payment method selected, the User's account tier and any applicable promotional terms in force at the time.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual references to Pakistani payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users. These references do not constitute confirmation that these institutions support, endorse or facilitate transactions with 663bey, nor do they imply any partnership or endorsement arrangement.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to fund the Account, except where expressly approved otherwise;
• All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed where 663bey has reasonable grounds to conduct additional security or AML checks;
• 663bey reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (BTC, USDT) are subject to applicable network fees and confirmation times beyond 663bey's control.

663bey may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload incentives, referral rewards or other promotional credits. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which must be read alongside these general Terms.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses on the Platform include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real funds. Illustrative examples such as "30× bonus amount" represent the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established. Actual requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Minimum Deposit Threshold: Bonuses typically require a qualifying deposit meeting a specified minimum, such as PKR 1,000, as illustrated on the Platform. These are illustrative figures and actual thresholds are stated per-promotion.
• Validity Period: Each bonus carries an expiry window (e.g., 7 days, 14 days or 21 days from the date of credit). Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within this window will be forfeited without recourse.
• Eligible Games: Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. Contributions from excluded game types will not count towards wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per User: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse Prevention: 663bey reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or cancel any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

All bets placed on 663bey are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, event or game type, as published in the Platform's Help Centre and Rules section. The following general betting rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to system confirmation. 663bey does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available beyond the moment of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where a specific cash-out facility is offered and exercised within its stated conditions.
• 663bey reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at palpably incorrect odds, bets placed on events with pre-determined outcomes, or bets placed through technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 663bey's decision, made in accordance with its published settling rules, shall be final.
• Markets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. For cricket markets, this includes results as confirmed by the ICC or relevant national cricket board. For PSL markets, settlement follows Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official results.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are specified per market and are subject to change. Users are advised to check current stake limits in the Platform's betting interface before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting);
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of event manipulation;
• Using insider information not publicly available at the time of bet placement;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff;
• Systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction by circumventing geographical access controls;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform or its games.

All intellectual property on the 663bey Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, editorial content, game interfaces, software, graphics, text and data — is owned by or licensed to 663bey and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 663bey, except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

The 663bey brand identity draws editorial inspiration from the architectural heritage of Pakistan's historic urban centres, including Lahore's landmark structures, for design language purposes only. No protected logos, official marks, government insignia or intellectual property belonging to third parties are reproduced or claimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 663bey and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

663bey's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any matter arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

663bey does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 663bey is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

663bey is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and carries financial risk. Users are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps can be set from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off delay.
• Loss Limits: A cap on the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period, independently of your deposit limit.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session timeouts or on-screen alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications summarising time spent and amounts wagered during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary Account suspension for a minimum period (e.g., 24 hours, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent), activated via Account settings or by contacting the Support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term break from gambling without triggering full self-exclusion.

663bey reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has engaged in conduct identified as Prohibited Conduct under Clause 9;
• The User has failed to satisfy KYC or AML requirements;
• 663bey has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or money laundering;
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory or reputational risk to 663bey;
• The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to satisfactory completion of AML checks, except where retention is required by law or is otherwise justified under these Terms.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the Support team. Voluntary closure does not release the User from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 663bey is registered or licensed to operate, as applicable. Users are reminded that the laws of their own jurisdiction may also apply to their use of the Platform, and that 663bey's governing law does not override applicable local legal obligations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 663bey's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as specified in the Platform's formal dispute resolution procedure published in the Help Centre.

For Pakistani users specifically: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under applicable federal and provincial law. 663bey does not claim that use of this Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Users access and use the Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility.

663bey reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 663bey will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. The updated Terms will carry a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendments take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 663bey recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform for the most current version.
